It was to avoid someone opening multiple windows and posting adds at the same time.

I thought we were only allowed to make one move on the first day? not sure....I thought it was one at a time. I will follow up with Steve. |

All GMs can make as many moves as they want. The post was supposed to mean 1 add per post that you make. That way, some team isn't making 4 or 5 adds/drops right at 12:00 PM, which would possibly stop other GMs from trying to add at the same time.
