Dispersal Draft Order

We're going to do a dispersal draft of the assets from the Broad Street Flyers and the Assassins.

I heard some guys express concerns of how we determine the fairest order of how we decide the draft order. With that in mind, please vote. A simple majority of the votes cast will decide.

Whichever way is chosen, it will be a 2 round snake draft. All other players will be available on waivers once I have all the teams posted on Yahoo.

If you want an additional player(s) after the dispersal draft is complete, you can either burn a waiver pick or wait until these players become free agents.

We're moving forward on a random generation of the draft order. Glenn will be posting these results soon. Look for us to begin this draft by Friday at the latest.

As time is an issue before the season begins, there will be no trading of dispersal draft picks allowed. Nothing says you can't work out a trade after your pick though.

I want to keep this draft moving and finish it as soon as possible. We're probably looking at a maximum of 8 hours between picks. We will pause the draft from 12 PM to 6 AM daily. If you miss a pick, you get 4 hours on your next pick.

If it doesn't affect the time of the draft can we make deal for the dispersal picks?

I would have to say no to this too; however, for example, say you and I are contemplating a trade based upon you having the 1st overall pick. I could have you make the pick I want and then we can make the trade after the pick has been made. Would that work for you Anthony?

The issue with that is it would only work with the 1st overall pick which as far as I know the GM is mia.

If no dealing is to be made I understand, but I don't see how it would matter as long as it doesn't affect the time of draft. Just my view.

To be honest, I just want to get through the dispersal draft as soon as possible so that we can get on with finalizing everything for the season. This just makes it easier for moi.
