Legs management decides they have to cut Compher(BUF), Keranen(Wild-cut to AHL), and Despres(PIT-Legs lowest d prospect on the totem poll offensively) to become roster compliant for the 2014-2015 GMHL Season. Good luck fellas!!! Have at em lol

Steve, for some reason I can't add a player to my roster from my farm even tho I put de Haan on IR. I'm assuming the IR doesn't count towards the 27 pro size.
Could you please add Nieto for me manually so I have him for tonights game? I could really use him tonight since he's playing top 6 minutes with Marleau and Couture...

Legs adds Beleskey of ducks for Dennis Wideman. Lou I think you're supposed to drop wideman, add beleskey then post it for everybody to see. Seems to me that it took you almost a day to do this. U got a extra game out of wideman cause beleskey wasn't playing. |

Ditto. I noticed this last night as it happened an hour before Wideman's puck drop. Didn't realize we are allowed to "reserve" players in this league. Especially given Wideman's statline last night and Belecksey didn't play. Just hoping we can all follow the same rules.

Yea, talked to Steve about it already. Was running around last night and jumped on forum but forgot to do it in the app.
Asked Steve to just subtract whatever numbers that Wideman would put up that night but he said he couldn't do that. Emailed him last night around 9:15 when I got home.
My bad fellas, won't happen again. Was just busy and forgot. I can understand yinz jumping all over me for that cuz I'd do the same.

Once a match starts on Yahoo, there is nothing I can do. Lou did ask me to make this change, but Wideman's game had already started. It isn't like he had an extra player in his lineup and I don't think it'll make much difference in our match up this week. Let's just chalk this up to an honest mistake.

Legs management unfortunately needs to use 4th move already and decides to re-sign Simon Despres to farm team to fill the hits/blks/PIMs void left by Chara injury. Also ice time should go up in light of Maatta surgery to be for thyroid tumor(hope all goes well-Go Pens)

Legs management decides its in their best interest to let the aging and struggling(mightily) Fleischmann go and re-sign the younger Beleskey of the Ducks. It sucks already using their 5th move this early, but with Benn getting C status back they can sign a straight LW with good depth player upside....who gets some shifts with Getz/Perry each game. ;-)

With their 6th move of the season, Legs GM decides to sign Cedric Paquette of the Tampa Bay Lightning. They had 3 open roster spots due to IR+. Good multi-cat contributor so far in his young career.

Legs management has decided after a lot of back & forth to use their 7th move(yes 7th, this early lol) to sign Eric Haula of Wild and release Anders Nilsson of the Blackhawks.
Don't really see a place for Nilsson with Crawford, Raanta, & Darling in Chicago, so I'm releasing the dead weight from my team lol. No way he gets that one-way contract now...

Legs management decides to release Riley Barber and sign the farm eligible Drew Shore of the Flames to a PTO. Legs feels Shore is going to get a fresh start and a chance in Calgary, something that just wasn't going to happen buried in Florida.

With their 1st move in nearly a month, Legs management gladly waives Ray Emery. With the Flyers 10 points out of Wildcard, Mason will see 95% of remaining starts.
Would have been a waste of a roster spot to keep. lol

Legs, unfortunately, has to add Rob Zepp for Drew Shore. With Mason injured again, they have no other choice and want ABSOLUTELY NO part of Emery and his nearly 4.00 GAA and .850 SV% lol. Philly stinks without Mason either way IMO meh...

Legs management decides to give a tryout contract to Jeff Petry of the Edmonton Oilers...for now at least. They feel he's worth the gamble of a speculative pickup in hopes he gets traded, plus they have 2 extra spots with guys on IR+.

Legs decides to add Fleischmann back to their team in light of recent trade to Anaheim. They decide that Rob Zepp's trial run is now over and release him, since Philly threw him to waivers. Will take one more chance hoping Flash produces. Already done on Yahoo.

Legs GM decides to give a contract to Matt Murray of the Penguins with an extra roster spot open due to IR. With 5 shutouts in his last 7 appearances, he could push Jarry down the depth chart if he keeps it up. Also named all Goaltender of the Month in AHL. Management feels he's worth the flier. Legs management has decided to terminate the rest of Dennis Seidenberg's contract. With Edler returning from injury, Seidenberg hasn't produced really at all this year so its an EASY decision for management lol. Good luck with your next team Dennis!
