The Master Index of GMHL Team Rosters has been updated to reflect Yahoo's current player eligibility, so if you look at this roster index, you can easily see what positions you need to fill when we do the Dispersal Draft.
All members have signed up on the Yahoo web page. I've pre-loaded all keepers onto your respective teams.
If you go to the Players tab on Yahoo, the default listing shows all available players that remain that can be drafted. You can now do all your research, as long as you leave the status set to all available players, to plan whom you may wish to draft.

Just a reminder...The fourth goalie on the Yahoo players tab(Braden Holtby) is TAKEN.
Also, what are the draft rules? 8 hour window? Does the clock stop at midnight? etc.

Does the clock stop at midnight? etc. If you go on the GMHL Yahoo home page, you will find a complete list under the Commissioner's Note that has all team's farm players listed. The link is here: hockey.fantasysports.yahoo.com/hockey/14334Before anyone makes a pick in the dispersal draft, do a "CTRL F" or F3 on Chrome or IE; if the player is not found there, then he is an available player you can add to your team. Don't worry, the draft rules will be posted before we actually begin the dispersal draft. |

Just a reminder...The fourth goalie on the Yahoo players tab(Braden Holtby) is TAKEN. Along the same lines as this, Jhonas Enroth (G - Buff) is on the Ajax Knights farm team but is listed at the 10th ranked goalie on the Yahoo list. |

Just so everyone knows, we now have 14 GMs signed up; however, it looks like Glenn will have to replace the other 2 GMs. Hopefully, this won't take to long and we can get to the dispersal draft soon.

Even though the Dispersal Draft is officially slated to kick off this coming Friday evening, I think it is fine to go ahead and start early.
The Assassins can go ahead and pick if they are ready to do so; however, no team is officially On-The-Clock until Friday at 6 PM. Then and only then will the 12 hour clock commence.
Once you've made your pick, please e-mail and PM the next GM.
Let's have at it boys.

Hey Everyone:
My intent is to update each team on our Yahoo page as they make their picks; however, most teams have 24-25 guys listed on their teams already.
If you know who 2-3 or more of your cuts are going to be, please let me know so that I can edit your roster now.
If I can not update the Yahoo page, the players tab becomes somewhat stale as it will still show some players as being available when they are not.
So if you want to update your rosters, just let me know.

I have never been in a league with a farm team before. Do the cuts need to be made from main roster or can they be from farm team?

You really don't have to do anything right now, but what I was looking for is to make room on your pro roster so that I can add in the players you select in the dispersal draft.
You can just tell me or PM me the guys you want dropped from the farm and then the guys you want to send to the farm from your pro team if that is what you're talking about; e.g. dropping MacLean from my farm and sending Palmieri down. Seeing how MacLean just retired from professional hockey, this might be a move you want to do.

Are we drafting the players from the 4 teams or are all underrated available I'm assuming just dispersed players from last years teams but opening thread here threw me off.

John: It is a dispersal draft, but if you want to go off the board and pick someone else, as long as it is not someone who'll be eligible for the 2013 Entry Draft, then go ahead. I'm sure most guys will stick to the players from the defunct teams, but you certainly are not limited to just them as it is your team to manage as you see fit. |

Now that Ajax has dropped a couple of guys, I now have room to do so. Prior to his roster moves, his team already had 25 guys on his team.
If anyone knows the players you are going to drop, then please let me know so that I can make sure your picks are added to your team. Otherwise players like Letang look like they are still available when they are not.
The Master Index of Team Rosters is probably the best way of knowing who is available; it should be up to date shortly as I still have to put in the recent picks, drops and trades.

Wow ejehrme, not sure if you got my pm, asking for a trade, but if you wanted Leopold you could have taken him in the 4th-5th round and gain some assets from me. I am totally shocked by that pick.
