Some of you may have noticed the changes associated with the master roster listing regarding Nichushkin and Kovalchuk as there are now other players listed with these two KHL players.
As both players no longer qualify as prospects, and since Ryan and I want to keep them, we must account for them somehow on our rosters on Yahoo. That is why Ryan has to carry Chapie and I have to carry Zalewski as a place holder on Yahoo for Nichushkin and Kovalchuk respectively. In other words, both of us must burn a bench position on Yahoo if we want to retain the rights of these players as there should be a price to having a pro on our rosters.
So until either Nichushkin or Kovalchuk are dropped or traded, Ryan and I will only have 6 bench positions available to us on Yahoo.
