Once the GMHL opens up again for the upcoming 2017-18 season on June 5 at 7 p.m. EDT, all unowned players, less those that are entering their draft year, are available as a free agent on a first come first serve basis.
For the 1st hour only (until 8 p.m. June 5), you can pick up 1 player per post, so if you want to add 3 players to your team, you'll have to make 3 separate posts.
If you attempt to pick up a player before 7 p.m. EDT, your pick up will be null and void and the player will still be available to any GM who wants to add him after we are past the 7 p.m. start time.
Since all GMs had to get within roster limits prior to the new season beginning, your only limitation now is 47 players total, unless you have acquired additional players in a trade. I'll be updating all rosters shortly to reflect the graduating farm players.
On the Saturday prior to the start of the 2017-18 NHL regular season, all teams must be roster compliant with no more than 27 Pro players and 47 players total on their teams.
