I am fine with either, however. if a number of guys get hurt or sat in s single week the 3 additional moves will help

Although it is fair for everyone, I think lowering the total to 7 moves a week makes it more challenging for a GM trying to win his weekly match up because it makes you think a little bit more closely about what you're doing instead of just getting as many players as possible into your lineup in a week.
In some leagues I am in, they only allow 3 moves a week. I actually wouldn't mind lowering it to 3 as it really makes one consider all aspects of what each move entails. Many believe it actually limits a GMs ability to stream players, which is something no one wants to see.
7 moves in a week makes this league better in my opinion. It makes for better strategy and puts more focus on managing your team's assets at all times.

I don't see an issue with 10, why change it?

it doesn't really matter to me either way. everyone will be affected and will have to adapt. i agree with andrew the extra moves are nice if you hit a run of injuries but for the most part 7 in a week should cover even the worst week.

Voted to keep it at 10. I dont see the point in having a farm system if you cant utilize its players to the full extent.

I voted to drop it to 7. I'm all for farm, and I'm all for members of farm capable of being used. However, teams loading up on "right now" type guys that qualify specifically to have a taxi squad seems to get away from the spirit of things (as a farm is no longer being used as a farm, but as an extension of the roster). Teams that scout and have younger prospects and kids in Europe aren't streaming constantly, but other teams with jobbers going up and down get a boost in counting stats. 7 a week allows for a move a day. Allows some streaming of farm players, but not a ton.

I like 7 better than 10 but 7 is still a lot of moves in a week. Although in other leagues I'm in, i tend to be one of the highest in moves overall.

A very close vote here. We'll be retaining 10 moves a week in the G.
