Most GMs have paid their annual dues. The ones that haven't have been reminded that their fees for their franchises are due as soon as possible.
The roster freeze will be lifted on May 3rd at 12:00 EDT. Teams that have paid their franchise fee will be free to:
- trade with other teams that have paid their fees;
- make adds/drops to their Pro team; and,
- make adds/drops to their Farm team (with farm players eligible prior to the start of the 2013-14 season).
Adds/Drops to the farm teams will be in place until the Entry draft of the new eligible prospects begins, which is still tbd, but most likely in early July, 2014.
Please limit your initial add/drop on May 3 to one transaction per team so that all teams that are trying to make changes have an equal opportunity to get there player. Opening multiple windows as a work around to this request is also not acceptable. Thanks for understanding.
