Horrible, horrible, horrible process. Farm FA waiver claims must be private.
GM with the lowest waiver priority (14th) should be the claim taker and take all the waiver claim submissions privately from all other GMs written in email and time stamps when he receives them. When the waiver period is up, that GM posts who gets the player; or says nothing if no one put a claim in.

The team with the lowest waiver priority may also want to put in a waiver claim too or he may not be around or want the responsibility either. Since I'm now 14th in the waiver order, perhaps you can send it to me. Now, one to consider here is that none of the top guys have made any waiver requests for something like the last 3 years, so it isn't something that comes up that often. |
